| Invitation |
The
German Society of Rheology (DRG) organizes a pre-conference workshop
on "Rheology and Processing of Polymers" in connection
with PPS-21 in Leipzig, Germany 2005.
In
order to achieve its goal to spread the knowledge of rheology, a
workshop on "Rheology and Processing of Polymers" is organized
by the German Society of Rheology (DRG). It is the second of its
kind following the workshop on "Rheology of Multiphase Systems"
held in April 2004 at the Federal Institute for Materials Research
and Testing (BAM) in Berlin.
The
objective of the workshop is to give a profound insight into the
rheological basis for polymer processing. Newcomers in the field
as well as participants already working in this area are welcome.
The lecturers and the titles of their presentations are given below.
Ample time will be provided for discussions.
The
kind invitation to hold this workshop just before the PPS session
on rheology goes back to Prof. Dr. H.-J. Radusch, head of the organizing
committee of PPS-21.
I
look forward to welcome you to Leipzig.

Dr. H. Münstedt
